Owns the quarterly business risk analysis of the Single Buyer business and the mitigating measures that go with it, and keeps power purchase, power sales and energy export agreements under continuous review for the risk they carry.

Power purchase agreement coordination committees
Sits on the committees that implement executed agreements — the forum where a signed contract becomes a monthly question of metered output and money owed. Four generation projects:
